Be efficient! Tighten your legs and glutes, complete your cardio, AND work on your tan!
It’s time to hit the beach!
During my busy work week, I am usually confined to using the Stair-Master and hiking Runyon Canyon in an attempt to squeeze in my cardio.
Butt rollerblading is my favorite method of burning calories! Skating shapes up my legs while targeting my outer gluts, my inner thighs…..and of course, my tan 🙂
I encourage everybody to find any way possible to enjoy their cardio. If you don’t have a beach nearby, then find a smooth trail, or just plan for an hour-long jogging interval route throughout your favorite neighborhood.
Cardio doesn’t have to be long and boring! Bring a friend or load your Ipod with songs that pump you up. Enjoy the nice weather while it’s here!
Don’t forget to pack the sunscreen!
