I worked with Lauren for over 3 years. She has always been so helpful and understanding with my wants and needs as far as my physique goes. She’s knowledgable as a trainer as well as a nutritionist and I ALWAYS have people complementing my body. I have to say it all thanks to her. When I am back in CA I will for sure be working out with Lauren again.
