One of the things I really love about our workouts is that they are constantly changing; I never know what I am in for! Lauren quickly realized how much I enjoy cardio and she knows how to exploit it during our workouts between intervals of weightlifting. She keeps workouts challenging and fun! By the end of the first six weeks I was hooked.

Within months, my body was definitely starting to change. I was doing cardio on my own, lifting weights, and eating pretty clean, but my body was not responding as quickly as I had anticipated. Lauren decided to take more control by writing me very specific cardio programs to do on my own. She ran calculations and emphasized how important it was to stay within particular heart rate zones.

Lauren is my biggest supporter with helping me stick to a plan, even when I am frustrated as hell. She keeps stepping up my programs, writing out things for me to do outside of my 3 workouts with her, and giving me nutritional advice. Training with Lauren is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I have lost over 20 lbs, toned up everywhere, gained strength and confidence. Lauren helped me realize that there were weight lifting exercises I actually enjoyed and always made my workouts fun, even while kicking my butt.
