Lauren is a phenomenal trainer. Pure and simple. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about all things fitness, from nutrition to how to train when you’ve had a previous injury. She listens to your goals — whether they be weight loss, or maintaining, or building muscle — and helps you achieve them. She’s conscientious and methodical, planning programs in advance but also able to change it up on the fly. She tracks your progress, which is part of her precision-oriented approach. She pushes you but never to the point that you’re going to hurt yourself. And she has a huge range of exercises in her arsenal. I’ve been training with her for the past 5 years, and I’ve yet to be bored. She has a great attitude and is an excellent motivator. If you want to get stronger and change your life for the better, I can’t recommend Lauren more highly!
