We’ve got 20 days left until Spring! As the temperature increases, I am getting the urge to get out of my jeans and into some cute and cozy shorts. I know that for many of us, our legs have been hibernating over the winter months. Are your legs ready for shorts, skirts, and swimsuits?
Getting the legs you want requires 3 things:
- performing the proper exercises
- having lots of energy for leg days
