Recipe: Paleo Protein Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium mashed bananas
  • 2 egg whites (freshly cracked)
  • 3 tbs coconut flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla egg white protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbs almond milk

Method:

  • Preheat over to 350 degrees
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until batter is creamy
  • Pour ingredients into a small pan, sprayed in Coconut oil
  • Bake for 35 minutes

Enjoy 1/2 of the bakes bread without feeling guilty!
