I’ve always felt a little intimidated at the gym. I didn’t know how to properly use the equipment or what exercises to do to get XYZ desired results. I just worked out on the elliptical for 45 minutes, did some crunches and called it a day. I came to Lauren looking to build strength and a little definition. She took all of the mystery out of it and spent some serious one-on-one time with me. She explained everything in detail and happily answered all of my questions (I have lots!). And she was such a great cheerleader – very motivating but pushed me to succeed. She even let me video her doing the workouts that she had tailored to me, so that I can review them when I’m on my own and avoid mistakes. Honestly, I can’t wait to see her again!
