2) INDIAN CURRY RUB (Great for Pork, Chicken)

  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp sugar or Truvia
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ground garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
