Eat pudding, stay lean, and build muscle!
I’ve got news: You can enjoy your holiday season without putting on 5 pounds!
So what if you want dessert? Have it! I’ve got a quick recipe for success that will help you to curb your late-night binge for sweets. If you’re invited to any holiday parties or pot-lucks, then your company will love you for making one of the few dishes that won’t leave them feeling fat and guilty in the morning!
This is the basic recipe:
- 1 box JELL-O (Sugar-free/fat-free)
- 1 1/2-2 cups Non-fat milk
- Optional (for those of you focusing more on increasing lean muscle and less on losing weight) : 2 scoops protein powder (aim for 25 grams protein, 0 fat, 0 carbs)
Mixing Instructions:
Mix 1 1/2-2 cups non-fat milk, 1 packet of the sugar free instant pudding mix, and 2 scoops of protein (optional) in a blender for 2 minutes. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
These are my current concoctions:
Chocolate Eggnog (Protein) Pudding
- 2 cupsĀ light eggnog
- 1 box chocolate fudge-flavored JELL-O (Sugar-free/fat-free)
- Optional: 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
Vanilla Eggnog (Protein) Pudding
- 2 cups light eggnog
- 1 box vanilla-flavored JELL-O (Sugar-free/fat-free)
- (2 scoops vanilla protein powder)
Chocolate Cheesecake (Protein) Pudding
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- 1 box cheesecake-flavored JELL-O (Sugar-free/fat-free)
- Optional: 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
Vanilla Cheesecake (Protein) Pudding
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- 1 box cheesecake-flavored JELL-O (Sugar-free/fat-free)
- Optional: 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
Chocolate Banana Cream (Protein) Pudding
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- 1 box banana cream-flavored JELL-O (Sugar-free/fat-free)
- Optional: 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
Vanilla Banana Cream (Protein) Pudding
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- 1 box banana cream-flavored JELL-O (Sugar-free/fat-free)
- Optional: 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
Chocolate Butterscotch (Protein) Pudding
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- 1 box Butterscotch-flavored JELL-O (Sugar-free/fat-free)
- Optional:2 scoops chocolate protein powder
Vanilla Butterscotch (Protein) Pudding
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- 1 box Butterscotch-flavored JELL-O (Sugar-free/fat-free)
- Optional: 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
