My experience as a Personal Trainer, Sport and Exercise Nutrition Specialist, and National Competitor with the NPC, has taught me that there isn’t necessarily one nutrition plan that works well for everyone. Next month’s seminar will focus on how to eat right for your body type. Some of the topics covered will include:
* How to determine your caloric needs
* Selecting your body type
* Learning the general macronutrient goals that accompany your body type
* Learning how to calculate the recommended percentage of macronutrients for your body type
* When to eat what
* How to build a custom menu based upon what you have learned
