  • visual demonstrations and simple instructions on how to properly execute each movement
  • a 1-month long training schedule with periodized intensities to assure that your workouts are always changing and always challenging

3) Once your month is up, Lauren will ask you to weigh-in, have your body-fat measured, and possibly even have girth measurements performed. Your progress will determine how Lauren designs the next month’s exercise routine.

  • If you live in the LA area, then Lauren will provide these assessments for you as part of your package
  • If you live in the LA area, then Lauren will provide you with a 1-hour long consultation (1 time each month) to go over each exercise with you in person

4) Custom meal plans and cardio plans are also available to help you speed up results. The more control you give to Lauren, the more she can guarantee results!

  •      For a month-long 1 day/week, training program: $100
  •      For a month-long 2 day/week, training program: $200
  •      For a month-long 3 day/week, training program: $300
  •      For a month-long 4 day/week, training program: $400
  •      Etc……

Whether you need a customized cardio program: $100/month
Whether you need a customized meal plan: $150/month
