Lauren is an all-around awesome trainer: professional, personable, knowledgable & passionate about fitness. I look forward to our workout sessions because I know that she will challenge me & keep me on path towards feeling strong & looking my best. She always organizes exercises that are custom to my body & personal goals. Plus, Lauren is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to nutrition & meal plans when I’m looking for a fresh take on my diet.
