Many brides would dread walking down the aisle at 6 months pregnant, however, thanks to Lauren I looked and felt amazing on my special day!
I first trained with Lauren in 2012 in West Hollywood, and when she made the move up to the Bay Area (San Rafael), I knew the universe had smiled down on me. We make the drive from San Francisco to her new gym because seriously, she is worth it. My husband and I love Lauren and wouldn’t go to anyone else. And soon enough, our little boy will be training with her too!
