Having trouble finding the “right” pre or post-holiday diet?
I have yet to find one diet fad that works consistently for every one of my friends and clients. With the holidays approaching rapidly, I expect that most of you will be reading about the next “quick fix” to undo your holiday harvest mishaps. Some of you might be on top of your game, dieting now to make up for the holidays in advanced, and some of you will wait until you gain 5-8lbs of “holiday fun” and can’t squeeze into your winter-wear.
Either way, I got your back…….and your chest, arms, legs, tummy, and of course, I got your gluts too!
This month I will be sharing with you some of the most recent diet fads so that you don’t have to feel lost when it’s time to shed the pounds. Since different people need different diets, I encourage you to experiment with these until you find one that works best for you. Where ever you decide to start, I suggest sticking to 1 diet consistently for a minimum of two weeks before deciding whether or not to try other methods. Remember that the body takes time to adapt before responding to changes in eating habits.
