Is your “comfort zone” working for you?
Ever find yourself saying “I’d like to try that one day” ?
I don’t know about you, but I am a creature of habit. I want my body to perform better and to look different than it does, but I am so used to my routine! My routine just isn’t working the way that it used to.
It is one thing to realize that your body has stopped responding to the stimulus you have been giving it, but it is a whole different situation to actually do something about it.
I want to dedicate the month of July to getting out of our comfort zones.
- It’s time to try those physical activities you have always said you wanted to try
- It’s time to sign yourself up for those classes you know you will finish last in
- It’s time to do something different!
Why?
- Because facing our fears and our faults is usually exactly what we need to do in order to make the changes we want!
