Lauren is an amazing trainer!!! She is very motivating and inspiring and I’m glad I have the opportunity to get to work with her. Workouts with her are always changing and challenging so you never feel bored. You’re never doing the same thing and that’s what makes our sessions so much fun!
Lauren has taught me how important my nutrition is. One of my biggest concerns were my eating habits. Lauren helped me with that by providing me with a meal plan, meal preparation advice to make eating the right foods at the right times easier for me. She gave me meal journals, which she collected weekly, to make sure I was making the right decisions and to hold me accountable for my choices. Then we would discuss what I needed to work on.
Working with Lauren has really helped me to stay focused and motivated during all my workouts. She’s always there to give me that extra push I need whenever I feel like giving up. I work with her 2x to 3x per week, along with her cardio recommendations on non-gym days, and I’m loving the results.
