I remember the day when I first decided that I wanted to compete. I remember feeling overwhelmed by the idea and reaching out for support to everyone I knew who had experience at the time. I used my growing list of resources, my ever-evolving awareness of my body, and the judges feedback, to grow from a Novice Competitor to a National Competitor. I now coach other novice competitors who aspire to become experienced and professional competitors.
Learning how to advance as a competitor is a process which requires knowledge, persistence, experimentation with nutrition and exercise, proper technique and stage presence, and of course….a beautiful posing suit which is custom-designed to highlight your best features while also disguising any perceived physical flaws.
Please join next month’s live workshop and learn how to best-prepare yourself for your first figure competition. Some of the topics covered during this event will include:

- Nutrition and Supplementation
