Peanut Butter With Out The Fat!
Being fit isn’t easy when you’re a foodie!
Establishing healthy eating habits is a life-long process. Although I have gotten pretty good at mastering my cravings for pizza and fro-yo, I still have problems stopping myself from surpassing my daily caloric needs through eating healthy foods. I always want to eat! So, I do my best to fool myself by finding low-calorie foods that taste good without making me feel like I’ve been bad the next morning when I go to check myself out in the mirror.
In the past, I kept finding myself eating spoonfuls of peanut/almond/walnut butter straight from the jar because nothing else sounded good. Finally, I put on 5 lbs from my late night nut-butter binges, looked myself in the mirror, and said “enough!” I decided to stop buying these products because I knew I couldn’t control my urges for them.
I know what you’re thinking: “Nuts are a healthy source of fat!” Let’s face it; most of us already get more fat than we need…and our daily disappointments with our midsections are enough to prove it.
But now comes the good news…..Peanut Butter is back in my cabinet! And this time it only has 45 calories a serving instead of 190! Have you ever heard of peanut butter with only 1.5 grams of fat per serving instead of 15?!?
Let me fill you in on my new lil secret. Psssss…….It’s called “PB2” and it’s AMAZING!
PB2 is powdered peanut butter with oils (fats) removed. The powder can be blended into shakes or mixed with water to create peanut butter without the fat! More great news! These products are preservative free and contain no artificial sweeteners. Check out their site for more low-fat and low-calorie peanut-based products at: http://www.bellplantation.com/
