Personal Trainer, Lauren Kern, demonstrates how to do a push up with rotation
Happy Single’s Awareness Month! While our non-single friends are out celebrating their love for pasta dinners and chocolate truffle deserts, we will be reducing our “love handles” by implementing some fun full-body exercises that also target our oblique areas!
The push-up with rotation is a fantastic exercise for toning and strengthening the chest, shoulders, arms, core, and obliques. Just follow Lauren and perform 3 sets of 20 reps per day (10 reps twisting toward the left and 10 reps twisting toward the right).
