Recipe: Gourmet-Tasting Garlic-Roated Chicken (it only takes 2 minutes to prep!)
If vampires did exist, then I’d be protected. I love my garlic! I recently found an easy, tasty, and guilt-free way to pump my chicken full of flavor without adding excessive calories. I thank Trader Joe’s, my favorite grocery store, for their new “Many Clove Garlic Cooking and Simmer Sauce.” It’s so new, that it isn’t even on their website yet.
I used the sauce tonight with roasted chicken and mmmmmm was I impressed! Although I was first skeptical about the whopping amounts of sodium, I was happy to discover that just a little sauce goes a loooong way, minimizing the per serving sodium load.
