Recipe: Paleo Protein Banana Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 medium mashed bananas
- 2 egg whites (freshly cracked)
- 3 tbs coconut flour
- 1 scoop vanilla egg white protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbs almond milk
Method:
- Preheat over to 350 degrees
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until batter is creamy
- Pour ingredients into a small pan, sprayed in Coconut oil
- Bake for 35 minutes
Enjoy 1/2 of the bakes bread without feeling guilty!
