RECIPE: TUNA SALAD- Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 (5 oz) Can Albacore solid white tuna (in water-no salt added)
- 1 tblsp. High Omega-3 Vegenaise (Available at Wholefoods)
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sweet Pickle Relish
- ¼ red onion, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Freshly squeezed lemon
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in bowl and stir. Bon Appetit!
