Saying Good-By to Shoulder Impingements
The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the body. It also is the least stable joint in the body. This lethal combo makes the shoulder the easiest joint in the body to injure.
Does one or both of your shoulders bring you pain when you bench-press, incline press, overhead press, or perform lateral-raises? If you answered yes to any of the above, then we are most likely working with some degree of shoulder impingement…
Please rest assured that it is a very common issue and that it can be easy to treat if you can simply stop being a meat-head for a few months and follow a few easy precautions.
First off… muscle imbalances result from things we do everyday and never pay much attention to…like driving cars, working on computers, carrying purses, taking care of children, and consistently sleeping on one side of the body… all of which could encourage a forward leaning posture or tightness in the front of the body.
In this day of age, you are naturally bound to face shoulder impingement syndrome unless you happen to be enrolled in a Crew team or tennis league, or happen to have a talented trainer like myself 🙂
So, now we must address the issue at hand (or shoulder). Here is  your “how -to” guide. Follow the below protocols and I can almost garnet that you will feel shoulder relief without ever calling a physical therapist, personal trainer, or chiropractor.
