I’ve been working with Lauren for about two years now and I couldn’t be happier. As the type of person who’s really good at postponing and procrastinating regular workouts, having Lauren as my guide and motivator twice a week has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness.

Her style is well directed but relaxed. And the routines have maintained familiar structure from session to session while always including variety. And she has consistently been flexible in accommodating my shifting schedule whenever needed.

For me, having a trainer twice a week has been a lifestyle shift. As long as I show up and do the work (which I do because I don’t want to disappoint my trainer!) I’m able to continue to advance ever closer to my longer term fitness goals. Plus it informs my eating behavior. And it feels great (after, of course)!
