The best ONLINE trainer ever! She is literally there with you every step of the way and whenever you need her for questions or even motivation. My online experience has been greater than with any of the multiple trainers Ive physically gone to. I told her my goal and my inspirations and her immediate response was awesome I’ll get you there now lets get working I had a meal plan and my works outs in a couple days ready to go.
I had big goals and a deadline and Lauren helped me to go above and beyond and I’m actually ahead of schedule and couldn’t have done it without Lauren’s knowledge of the industry! If you have a goal she can definitely make it happen if your willing to work!
With all her nutritional knowledge set aside the thing I love most about Lauren is that I wasn’t just a client. I have yet to actually meet her in person but I feel so close to her because she cares so much about my achievements and is just as emotionally invested as I am about my weight loss journey which has helped me to stay on track. She’s there when your frustrated, unmotivated, and hangry and can fix meal plans to help you succeed.
