Lauren Kern Demonstrates How to Perform the Single Leg Scissor Sit Up

Some of us want smaller legs, some want bigger arms, but there is one thing we all want and that is a nice, flat stomach! I don’t know about you, but I am over crunches! The single leg scissor sit-up is a great exercise for flattening out the stomach and getting those nice vertical oblique lines. Just follow these helpful tips and perform 3 sets of 24 reps daily (12 reps on one side and another 12 reps on the second side). Your tummy will be more trim in just a few weeks!
