  3. omega-3 eggs
  4. low-fat, plain yogurt (lactose-free if possible)
  5. protein supplement (milk protein isolates, whey protein isolates, or vegan protein sources

Fruits & Vegetables

  1. spinach
  2. tomatoes
  3. cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower)
  4. mixed berries
  5. oranges

  1. mixed beans
  2. quinoa
  3. whole oats

  1. I wanted to detox, but you told me that practicing a healthy diet makes for a better cleanse than any box of pills that I can buy at the store. I have been following your posts and taking all of the baby steps that you have encouraged. I started adding my superfoods too. I am losing weight! I feel great and I don’t even feel like I am dieting! You are right, Lo. Small changes do the trick and they do not make me feel frustrated the way that fad diets have in the past. You are the best!
