Christmas Fit List:
1) food scale

- This January, I will be providing a general weight-loss meal plan for all good boys and girls for free! These plans will require a food-scale.
- I asked my older brother for a food scale 5 years ago for Christmas and I still use it every single day! It got me through 3 years of competing and is still my most-used kitchen utensil
- It makes a great stocking stuffer
2) Battle Rope

- Hit your cardio from home while challenging your core and your shoulders
- The battle rope is easy to store and provides a variety of full-body exercises
3) TRX

4) Kettle Bells

- I recommend that men purchase a 20-40 lb kettle bell and that women purchase a 10-20lb kettle bell
- Kettle bells provide a killer strength-endurance workout for the entire body, focusing on acceleration, deceleration, and a constantly changing center of gravity
- Easy to store
Santa’s gonna have a hell of a workout squeezing these toys down your chimney! I hope the old man enjoys gluten-free oreos 🙂
